1. 职位寻访前的准备工作(Preparation before conducting search) 与客户共同讨论需求职位的要求及重点 (Analyzing and defining the job requirement) 设计寻访计划及方案 (Formulating the search plan) 市场调查和搜索 (Research in advance) 2. 职位寻访中的过程 (During search process) 拟定侯选人并与客户进行讨论 (Screening the potential candidates and discussing with client) 面试以及评估 (Interviewing & Evaluating) 向客户推荐及安排进一步面试（Presenting Shortlist & Arranging Following Interviews） 3. 完成寻访的跟进服务 (Follow up assistance) 与客户确认最后合适候选人 (Confirming final candidates with client) 协调成功推荐人与客户的合同签署 (Coordinating the offer negotiation between client and its selected candidate) 定期跟踪成功推荐者的情况，确保如期上班 (Following up on selected candidate through to the reporting date) 保证期的跟踪 (Tracking during the guarantee period)
