$ [+ u9 W5 D+ R· Conduct Training Needs Analysis for All 3 Target Training Audience and Set up Beehive Training Modules by Coordination with VP-sales, Retail Director, Channel Manager and Key Account Manager.& j+ H5 `5 h+ P
· Coordinate Closely with Regional Sales Training Manager for Programs within Asia Pacific Region.- Q6 J: c4 ?. n) M5 ~" x
· Responsible for Training Programs Development by Leading Training Team and Coordinating with All Consulting Companies.* ]3 P. D( i9 }9 S: x
· Training Plan Setting, Training Program Delivering and Regular Training Effectiveness Review with VP-sales and Regional Sales Training Manager./ n# ^ ]1 Q1 K" P5 e; O& G( X
· Responsible for Sales Incentive Program Initiation, Sales Team Performance Evaluation and Sales Incentive Execution.

· Three Years Working Experience In Charge Of A Sales Training Team, Background of FMCG Company or Professional Training Company Preferred.
