The Movement of Scientific Outlook on Development in the World of Game
I. The connotation of the scientific outlook on development is the direction of cultural progress. Progress is a mysterious concept in the nature. All living creatures are heading forward together with the nature; those that lose their direction will be left forever behind and then vanish at the other end. The progress of the scientific outlook on development is no longer the aimless and directionless evolution of the nature. Instead, it has transformed Marx’s revolution thoughts into reform and opening up and the philosophy of idealism and of materialism into the idealism-materialism dualism of game culture. The humanity-centered philosophy of materialism is a basic principle of game and an innovative cultural result. And the scientific outlook on development is the theme of social development and a spiritual cultural world. Bible of Game Theory describes spirit as the unique personality or characteristics that result from the free synthesis, by temperament, of the subject’s addicts and soul. The thematic culture of the scientific outlook on development produces all the civilization for the spiritual activities of every human being and has important influence on politics, economy, and social relations. Its various concepts penetrate into each and every aspect of the society and become deep-rooted in the heart of the people. Not only is it changing the physical conditions and social appearance of every person and innovating the game of productivity, but it also reflects the innovative concept of keeping up with the times and welcomes the challenges from global economy and science and technology. In terms of specific issues, it orientates economic behavior using right reason and sets up its own value perspective using ethics and game theory; more importantly, it introduces the innovative culture of the scientific outlook on development into the social civilization. It may well be said that the direction of the advanced culture of scientific outlook on development is the future of the nation.
We must have an extensive understanding of the connotation of the scientific outlook on development. No longer should people approach things in the simple way of the contradiction theory; instead, we should adopt the philosophy of non-absolute opposition of the theory of Guozheng, have an extensive understanding of the thematic connotation of the scientific outlook on development, identify the culture of game entity and more complicated issues, and cultivate advanced knowledge in our study and practice. Senior leaders should constantly expand the Pareto marginal effect of the scientific outlook on development and make even better use of the expanded effects to improve the cohesion of varying levels of organizations, so as to enable everybody to understand the scientific outlook on development as a game entity and their relationship with the game entity so as to consolidate the position of the policy makers. The more prosperous human beings are, the simpler are their needs. What the scientific outlook on development really needs is a simple and straightforward ask-and-answer form to clarify what is the scientific outlook on development, what is development, concepts, valid reason, ethics, and game theory.
