JobRequirements: • Recruiting & Selection – Lead seniorlevel recruitment & selection initiatives and support the HR Manager(recruitment) in developing the resource plan and recruitment standards. • Training & Development – Work withthe function directors to ensure training plans are developed and delivered toenable employees to create more value for the business. • Employee Relations & Policies – Workwith function heads and line managers to actively foresee potential employeerelations issues and work with them to efficiently and effectively resolve allissues. Ensure the necessary relationships are maintained with unions andimportant local organizations. Ensure a good flow of communication toemployees. • Budgeting & Forecasting – Work withthe CFO and General Manager to complete every year’s Budget and BudgetForecasts according to the 3-year plan including personnel cost, headcount,office services etc. • Compensation & Benefits – Ensurethat compensation and benefits programm are engaging, competitive and reinforcethe desired culture of the company. • Project Management – Lead thedevelopment and implementation of HR & Organization priority projects. • General Services & Administration –Manage the General Services team to deliver to the defined service standards ofmaintenance, cleaning, driving etc. • HR & Organization Development –Actively propose and input to the strategic development of the organization tosupport the growth plans of and improve the effectiveness of the organization.Develop HR and organization policies in line with legal and businessrequirements and implement effectively. • HR Team Leadership – Lead the HR team todeliver a strong HR service, with high integrity to the business. Develop theHR team to build their skills and develop as professionals. Qualifications • 7+ years experience working in humanresources with experience in manufacturing and Employee relations. • A good understanding of China employmentlaw is required. • Proficient in excel and word. • Must have good personal organization andstrong administration skills. • Stronginterpersonal & communication skills. • Fluent in Mandarin (both written andoral).
