Location: Beijing(1) Responsibilities: · Develop Joint Business Plan for designated key account, which maximizes our mutual growth opportunities by leveraging the Customer’s unique internal objectives. · Handle annual negotiations, in respect of defined company policy and ensure implementation of the agreement by the designated Customer. · Ensure trade expenditure stays within budget. Track vs. plan & ensure pre approval of quarterly Promotion Plan are gained before due date for proposal to Customer. · Track performance progress of designated customer and communicate regularly to Regional Sales Team. · Evaluate effectiveness of major events with Customer, e.g. Pre launch, TG displays, Tailor made promotions. · Maintain good communication among Sales force and other supporting departments with regards to relative performance of designated Customer. Qualifications: · University graduate preferable with a degree in business or finance discipline. Experience or skill required: · 5+ years solid key account management experience in sales department of FMCG industry with JV or MNC and at least 2 year in management position. · Strong analytical/numerical ability. · Good interpersonal and communication skills. · Good computer skills in Excel/Access and Powerpoint. · Excellent influence and presentation skills. · Effectively bi-lingual in Chinese and English. 有兴趣请将简历发送邮件至:LILY。LI@zhaopin.com.cn,我会尽快与您联系。[em31]
