回答这四个问题的前提是看实行的什么考核模式,如果是目标考核模式就不该纳入,因为是结果作为考核标准的;如果是平衡计分卡就是过程考核模式就该给与考核

问题在于我们不能为了考核而考核,更重要的是在于绩效管理过程的沟通与控制,作为类似融资的考核项目可能不便于直接量化到每个月,但是可以细化。如何实现1000万的融资?融资渠道的选择?选择渠道后为了达到融资的目的,需要具体做哪些工作,如何去攻克去解决?如果把这些都明确的话,这样的考核做起来可能会更有意义,否则只能是个形式。

呵呵,我没按楼主的提问顺序回答,按自己的方式说了。  z# k! C( ]+ Z: Z9 N
集团给子公司下达了1000万元的年度融资任务。子公司应该根据1000万元的目标做一个达成目标的计划。计划应该包括实际目标的策略、方法,进度、时点。人资根据计划的策略抓关键指标,按月考核。
