任职资格的具体描述：
1.Bachelor’s degree in reservoir engineering with 5-8 year working experience. Experience in project management will be preferred.
油藏工程专业本科以上学历，有5-8年数值模拟相关工作经验，有项目管理经验者优先
2.Familiar with the whole process of reservoir engineering project like reservoir geomodeling, classical reservoir engineering analysis, numerical simulation and history matching
/ }4 A: y# |/ e- l6 j熟悉油藏项目的整个流程，包括地质建模、传统油藏工程分析、数值模拟、历史拟合等
3.Be good at reservoir simulation by using commercial software (such as Eclipse/VIP/CMG etc.) – model construction, history matching and forecasting for conventional and unconventional reservoirs
! v/ h: W6 _" u! l1 [0 ]熟练应用Eclipse/VIP/CMG等进行数值模拟，包括对常规油田和非常规油田的模型建立、历史拟合及预测等
) G' ^* V8 O0 u2 v, t4.Ability to integrate reservoir (PVT, SCAL, pressure), production, and geologic data to develop a dynamic reservoir description in producing fields, preferably hydraulic fracture or waterflood developments
5 A  C" n7 q1 |, T  H* M能够将油藏各种数据如PVT，SCAL，压力数据，产量，地质数据等综合应用以进行动态油藏描述
5.Experienced in integrated dynamic reservoir analysis, material balance, decline curve, pressure transient, and PVT analysis
7 R8 `  w, a# X: D$ T6 z$ J有综合动态油藏分析，物质平衡计算，递减曲线分析,试井分析及PVT分析的经验
9 v9 x+ j( u  c; [- o6.Good at spoken and written English, strong communication skills, overseas working experience is highly preferred
英文口语和书面表达能力良好，有优秀的沟通技巧，有海外工作经验者优先        

薪酬福利

• 职位年薪：15-25万
• 薪资构成：底薪 + 提成
