任职资格的具体描述：
1.Bachelor’s degree in reservoir engineering with 5-8 year working experience. Experience in project management will be preferred.
油藏工程专业本科以上学历，有5-8年数值模拟相关工作经验，有项目管理经验者优先
9 Y( b; @* }# O  r9 Z2.Familiar with the whole process of reservoir engineering project like reservoir geomodeling, classical reservoir engineering analysis, numerical simulation and history matching
$ f8 T& R: ?- S2 Q! m  i' }$ j熟悉油藏项目的整个流程，包括地质建模、传统油藏工程分析、数值模拟、历史拟合等
3.Be good at reservoir simulation by using commercial software (such as Eclipse/VIP/CMG etc.) – model construction, history matching and forecasting for conventional and unconventional reservoirs
+ m' H! G0 n3 [0 C熟练应用Eclipse/VIP/CMG等进行数值模拟，包括对常规油田和非常规油田的模型建立、历史拟合及预测等
5 g  }5 ~2 q5 x# N9 [9 @# s4.Ability to integrate reservoir (PVT, SCAL, pressure), production, and geologic data to develop a dynamic reservoir description in producing fields, preferably hydraulic fracture or waterflood developments

有综合动态油藏分析，物质平衡计算，递减曲线分析,试井分析及PVT分析的经验
7 ?0 m0 M% r$ p7 R6.Good at spoken and written English, strong communication skills, overseas working experience is highly preferred
