Responsibilities:
Ensure HR policies and procedures are legal under current law and regulations;
Administer HR policies and procedures accurately, make proposal based on the internal and external equity;
Review & update staff manual and relevant HR policies;
Develop annual staff cost budget;
Conduct communication on the HR policies & procedures for all the staff, and provide guideline and coaching on annual salary review for department managers;
Participate the remuneration & benefits survey,make competitive proposal to management team for decision-making;
Handle employee relations if necessary.
Qualifications:
3 years HR experience in C&B;
Stick to one's principles;
Good written English;
Competent in policy development and understands practical implications;
Reward and Compensation Management skill;
Familiar with labor law;
Communication skill & interpersonal skill;
Strategic Thinking and good business sense.
