University Recruitment Specialist (Base in Shenzhen)

Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment initiatives to identify the Best students from top universities
- Develop, re-invent, and maintain programs to ensure ** achieves short and long-term results with each of our targeted Universities. You will collaborate across our business units to develop and implement recruiting and program strategies that not only support our current business objectives and growth plans, but push us to always challenge our assumptions and vision.
- Build and cultivate long term relationships with strategic Universities (career centers, student organizations and professors)
- Co-design recruitment plans working with HQ BU mgmt and HRC.
- Responsible for pre-identifying and hiring the top-tier students in EE, CE, CS and other curriculums.
- Responsible for Brand Management on campus.
- Ensure appropriate representative from various business units at campus recruiting events.
- Document and report on local market trends and competitive issues.
- Design university recruitment plans uniquely tailored to each campus.
- Producer and Director of all campus events.
- Attends all university events, ensuring optimal representation at each event.
- Maintains contact and follow-up with all candidates and students that receive offers.
- Track and prepare expense analysis (Budget vs. Actual) for designated key universities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
- At least 5 years experience in technical staffing, university recruiting and university relations programs
- Proven track record of successful full cycle program management, from conception and design thru implementation and launch
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with metrics, numbers, and trends
- Desire to work in a fast paced environment that does not set limits on the impact that you can have at the company
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs in a high impact environment
- Poise and maturity to be the ** representative on campus to students, faculty and school administration
- Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance ** branding on campus
