2.Responsible for history matching and forecasting

3.Uncertainty  and risk analysis for both development projects/wells to estimate recovery factor and reservoir performance prediction
不确定性分析和风险分析进行产量预测
4.Optimizing the oilfield development plan and well placement
: _+ X$ U' {/ h9 \; ^油田开发方案优化和井位设计
5.Responsible for oil reservoir project management and coordinating with clients from help bidding project to deliver the final report

任职资格的具体描述：
1.Bachelor’s degree in reservoir engineering with 5-8 year working experience. Experience in project management will be preferred.
油藏工程专业本科以上学历，有5-8年数值模拟相关工作经验，有项目管理经验者优先
7 L* ~& b6 F5 Z# P) c4 }% S+ @1 u2.Familiar with the whole process of reservoir engineering project like reservoir geomodeling, classical reservoir engineering analysis, numerical simulation and history matching
熟悉油藏项目的整个流程，包括地质建模、传统油藏工程分析、数值模拟、历史拟合等
0 n' E1 S9 i& D3.Be good at reservoir simulation by using commercial software (such as Eclipse/VIP/CMG etc.) – model construction, history matching and forecasting for conventional and unconventional reservoirs
4 I- G1 x/ C9 ^$ t1 v熟练应用Eclipse/VIP/CMG等进行数值模拟，包括对常规油田和非常规油田的模型建立、历史拟合及预测等
# o* ], T- v' c9 B; w: n& B4.Ability to integrate reservoir (PVT, SCAL, pressure), production, and geologic data to develop a dynamic reservoir description in producing fields, preferably hydraulic fracture or waterflood developments
能够将油藏各种数据如PVT，SCAL，压力数据，产量，地质数据等综合应用以进行动态油藏描述
$ n8 V; Q3 G+ x. `' w0 i+ z5.Experienced in integrated dynamic reservoir analysis, material balance, decline curve, pressure transient, and PVT analysis
2 U0 P4 N# O# ~有综合动态油藏分析，物质平衡计算，递减曲线分析,试井分析及PVT分析的经验
5 f& Z- k2 @. c+ Y2 |% `6.Good at spoken and written English, strong communication skills, overseas working experience is highly preferred
英文口语和书面表达能力良好，有优秀的沟通技巧，有海外工作经验者优先
