Human Resource Manager
”We are an E-commerce company. HR IS the company!”
Responsibilities:
Set up and manage the company HR system. Report to the General Manager, supervise company HR tasks:
1. Hiring: Including HR need analysis
2. Compensation: Including compensation survey
3. Performance evaluation: Evaluation of the IT, design, and business planning staff
4. Training, incentive design, team building: Including advanced program designs, such as performance bonus and profit sharing.
5. HR Budgeting
6. Chinese and foreign employee regulatory compliance
7. Other HR and/or management related tasks assigned by the General Manager
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or higher, elite college graduate, oversea study and/or work experience preferred
2. 3+ years relevant work experience
3. Familiar with IT and Shanghai expat HR environment
4. Communicate well with foreign staff in oral and written English
5. Honest , dependable, and good at thinking from others' perspectives.

Salary
RMB15,000+/M
