工作职责 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Be responsible for developing all policies and procedures regarding recruiting, on boarding and separation to streamline process and improve service level. 2. Develop all policies and procedures regarding training and development to streamline process and enhance training effectiveness and efficiency. 3. Design and implement China training plan to ensure best practice and resources sharing. 4. Design training and development programs to give guidance and support to each country’s HR initiatives. 5. Be responsible to conduct internal management training programs as the role of consultant and trainer. 6. Assist in DBIS training and practices within AP. 7. Be responsible for ensuring each country understand how to master the process of performance management. 8. Give full support and service on both recruiting and training & development according to each country’s needs and requirements 9. Assist in other HR initiatives and projects. 10. Contribute to maintain good relationship with HR agency, local government and labor regulatory bodies and keep compliance with government legislation requirements 专业知识,技巧与能力 SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 说明胜任该职务所需学历,工作年限,技巧与能力等 The ideal candidate, a University degree holder majoring in HR management and Business or related field, should have at least 5 years of related international recruiting and training management experience. Previous working experience for multi-national organization would be necessary. He or she should be able to apply and adapt best practices and techniques in HR to the requirement of management. Candidate must be a good communicator, be persuasive and team player. Good English communication skill is a must.
