[B]Job Title: HR Officer
Report to: Recruiting Manager
Location: Shanghai [/B]
Responsibilities:
.Assist HR Mgr in daily recruitment activities;
.Independently follow approved recruitment requisitions and make sure to achieve the OTIF(on time in full)
.Maintain good relationship with relevant vendors(agency, web, media, 3rd party…)
.Help to build potential talent pool through screening and interviewing;
.Expand recruitment channels and deliver analysis for recruitment effectiveness;
.Cooperate with other HR team on additional assigned work.
.Prepare and get approvals of hiring requisition according to the existing policies and procedures.
.Maintain contact with recruiting agencies and follow up with job posting, advertising, CV screening and interviewing.
.Facilitate the interview process by preparing necessary documents and assessment tools.
.Follow up with the standard on-board process, i.e. offer letter, pre-employment medical check, reference check, personal file transfer, etc.
.Recruitment reports handling and tracking.
.Continuously improve recruitment work and make suggestions/ improvements appropriately.
.Other projects assigned.
Qualifications:
.Bachelor degree;
.At least 2-3 years of working experience focusing on recruitment, preferably in multinational manufacturing industry;
.Proficient written and competent oral English;
.Good communication and coordination skill;
.Can work independently and work under pressure;
.Careful, analytical and a good team player.
