HR/Admin Mgr
Requirements :
1. 8 years work experiences, at least 3-year experience as HR Manager in a multinational company in China.
2. Good knowledge of Human Resources Management including recruitment, staffing, training & development management
3. Be familiar with Chinese labor law, and relevant HR regulations.
4. Fluent in Chinese AND English or German in spoken and written.
5. Have strong character and be able to present the whole company, good problem solving skill, powerful communication skill, negotiation skills, have innovative thinking and result-oriented.
6. Be able to lead a team, have high ability to motivate employees
Responsibilities:
1. Have good strategy to help management to create and maintain a strong company culture which align to the development of company.
2. Supervise and give supports to the HR & Admin supervisor and specialists in the daily operation, including recruiting, training, salary & welfare calculation, compensation, general administration for the entire company etc.
3. Maintain and develop recruitment system in a further step.
4. Make personal development plan for employees, set up integrated training system according to the requirements of company.
5. Assist and monitor other department managers to do evaluation for all the employees and build up good performance measurement system.
6. Ensure HR policies and procedures are well implemented in the whole company.
