• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration or a related field required. Advanced degree and HR professional certification highly desirable. Fluent written and spoken English.

• Analytical methods and project management, basic knowledge of the labor, industrial and social laws (national and international), excellent skills in communication and presentation
