Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities: ? Build strong talent pools and pipelines to cope with growth of the business in China ? Recommend, develop and implement solid retention strategies ? Further improve a training and development system that can provide regular and high-quality training for staff at all levels ? Bridge between employees and the management ? Enhance office administration system ? Continuously improve operational efficiency in HR and office administration in Beijing and Shanghai office ? Liaise with sister agencies within Group to share resources, enhance collaborations and promote the agency ? Manage external relationships with parties including FESCO, search firms, AmCham, etc ? Ensure full compliance with government and PCP policies and procedures
Desired Background, Experience and Skill Sets
? At least 8 years senior Human Resources manager experience at multinational companies, PR or consulting agency experience highly preferred ? Passionate about people and strong belief in talent development ? Good network within the HR community ? Strong integrity, taking proactive actions, can-do attitude and service-oriented mentality ? Strong abilities of building and promoting a good corporate culture ? Proven skills to resolve sensitive issues in a multi-culture context ? Being able to learn new subject matters quickly and develop new knowledge and expertise ? Excellent interpersonal communication skills ? Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
