G. , 1996, “Clarifying the entrepreneurial orientation construct and linking it to performance”, AMR, pp. 135-172. 其中有一个命题是Proposition 4: The relationship between EO and firm performance will be mediated by the use of integrating activities. Firms with an entrepreneurial orientation that use integrating activities will have higher performance compared to those that do not use integrating activities.从假设的后半部分的描述中，似乎更像是moderation 假设？如何理解这个proposition呢？不好意思，冒昧的重新问您一次，不知是否是一个问题

mediation 意指调停，仲裁，C在A与B的关系中干涉了一下，可能使原有关系变强，变弱，反转，消失，或者是A与B本无关系，C进来后像催化一样，A与B有了关系，你文中所指集成行动的角色是强化了创业导向与组织绩效的正向关系。
moderation意指缓和，减弱，节制，媳妇和我吵架那个凶呀，孩子放学一进门，我俩那个凶就缓和节制成为面有不悦之色。
8 I3 y& g5 O5 D! ^  h7 b我没细查学界是如何理解和定义这两个词的，但词要随本原本质，你也可以自定义，无须烦恼，就好像通过X的介入干涉使原子核反应缓和，我们有电了，不管它怎么定义。
