员工人数为500人以下，年销售额1.5亿一下的培训企业属于中小型培训企业，如果您所在的企业不符合该指标，请不用继续回答本问卷，非常感谢。

This survey aims to study the influence of salary system on core employees’ jobsatisfaction in small and medium sized Chinese training enterprises. Youranswers will serve as important information in the research. So pleasefill out the following questionnaire carefully according to your realcondition.This questionnaire does not involve any privacy, and there is noright or wrong answer.In addition, all data collected will be used for the academicresearch only and never be leaked, so there is no need to worry.
