Job Description:
Responsible for staffing function for assigned SBUs. Utilizing multiple sourcing methods, facilitate the identification and selection of talent. The primary role of this position is to act as business partners to source, identify and present candidates to Hiring Managers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Functional Expertise
Identify and implement best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing cycle time and cost.
Conduct Job understanding meeting with hiring managers to understand the job responsibilities, competencies requirement of the open positions
Work with Talent Sourcing Specialist to define the strategy of sourcing the candidate
Source and identify candidates for open positions through a variety of methods, such as third party sourcing, internet sourcing, internal posting responses, internal transfers, employee referrals, employment advertisements.
Screen resumes, conduct telephone or face to face interviews and make the candidate assessment report based on the evaluations.
Present the shortlist candidate to the hiring managers with the assessment report and facilitate the hiring manager interview with the interview tools and skills
Work with HR C&B to provide the offer proposal to the hiring manager based on the compensation study of the candidate.
Lead staffing project/program to accomplish staffing center overall objectives
Continuously drive the staffing process further improvement and consistency
Update the staffing tracking form and bi-weekly report by management抯 review
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Leadership/Change
Manage the relationship with third party vendor
Result-oriented, may report on staffing status in SBU management meetings
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
minimum 3+ years experience in a high volume technical recruiting environment with an emphasis on candidate screening and assessment.
excellent communication and well-developed interviewing and assessment skills
experience in recruiting form is a plus
must be able to manage multiple priorities, produce results and follow-through on commitments
proficient with PCs, Microsoft Office and other related software.
possesses knowledge of local labor markets, unemployment rates, competitive trends, and ethical standards and employment laws.
excellent writing and speaking language skills in both Chinese and English
strong analysis; negotiation and interpersonal skills
