1)Collect and maintain employees’ profile data;
2) Labor contract management as labor contract signing and probationary performance confirmation, labor contract extension, audit labor contract expiration date to make sure that all employees are under labor contracts period.
Other:
1) 3 years experience in human resource management in IT industry;
2). Familiar with labor contract, compensation & benefit, labor relationship, recruiting and appraising modules;
3)Teamwork, creative and excellent interpersonal and communication skill;
4)Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software applications.
