1)Prepare candidate profiles and job descriptions in collaboration with Department Heads.update posts on company’s website, provide administrative support during the recruiting process
2) Manage contacts with recruitment agencies and pre-selection interviews
3).Organize interviews of selected candidates with Department Managers.
4) Take care of welcome kits preparation and support new-comers with local administration
C&B
1)transact the social insurance and the hospitalization insurance;
2)Responsible for the housing fund;
3)Handle general pay-roll matters;
4)Ensure compensation and benefit practice within company.
performance evaluation
1)ensure proper follow-up of the “Performance Management Process”;
2)establish some performance evaluation .
Employee Relation
1) To Implement the human resource policy and procedure, and develop or improve the procedure when needed, to support the business division on human resource management;
2)Mastery the company’s procedure, regulation and compensation & benefit policy, provide related information to all employee;
3) Organize company activities.
Labor contrac
1)Collect and maintain employees’ profile data;
2) Labor contract management as labor contract signing and probationary performance confirmation, labor contract extension, audit labor contract expiration date to make sure that all employees are under labor contracts period.
Other:
1) 3 years experience in human resource management in IT industry;
2). Familiar with labor contract, compensation & benefit, labor relationship, recruiting and appraising modules;
3)Teamwork, creative and excellent interpersonal and communication skill;
4)Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software applications. |
