HR Manager
岗位职责:
1、负责人力资源管理各个模块的计划、实施、评估与完善;
2、组织制定人力资源管理工作发展规划与预算方案;
3、协助处理公司人力资源管理相关的行政事务;
4、协助公司领导做好临时交办的相关工作。

岗位资格:
1、人力资源、管理专业本科以上学历,3年以上星级酒店人力资源管理岗位工作经验,30岁以上45岁以下;
2、职业形象良好,为人正直,待人热情,办事稳重,服务意识强;
3、熟悉人力资源管理各工作模块的管理流程和运营方式;能独立撰写人力资源多项管理规定和相关文件;
4、熟悉并掌握国家相关劳动法规及上海市相关管理规定;
5、亲和力强,善于沟通协调,有较强的综合统筹管理能力和执行力,能迅速建立起良好的人际关系;能坚持原则又不失灵活性

Position: Sr. Supervisor/ Assistant Manager – Staffing/ ER(employee relationship)
Level : SV/ AM
Reports to:         HR Manager
Job Responsibilities:

-        Plan, conduct and co-ordinate permanent staff recruitment activities, and couple with employment agent to handle contract staff recruitment
-        Provide recruitment project support, such as campus recruitment etc.
-        Central direction and advice on all labor case
-        Tighten Compliance issues prevention
-        Conduct the training to line managers on interview & employment issue management
Background:
-  5+ yrs working experience with strong business insight and expertise of general HR management in multinational companies commercial supporting
-  3+ yrs experience in commercial recruitment & ER case management with solid knowledge of Labor Law
-  Proactive, resourceful and reliable, good team player with high executive ability, can accept business travel and work well under pressure
-  Good interpersonal skill and communication skill both in Chinese & English, and can communicate with all levels clients
-  Microsoft Office skill is must
