本人认为：林某是龙某雇佣的，而钟某则是林某叫来的，钟某和龙某不存在劳动关系，某劳动局做出的认定似乎有点问题。但钟某是因为装卸水泥电线杆而死亡的，龙某应当给予一定的补偿。
如果某劳动局做出了认定，除非该认定撤消，否则钟某家属有理由向龙某要求赔偿，龙某应按工伤有关规定予以支付。

这种没有建立劳动关系，又没办理工伤保险的情况，工伤局怎么会受理这个事件的类？首先工商局凭什么来确定他们之间的雇佣关系的类？

劳动合同法

第九十四条　个人承包经营违反本法规定招用劳动者，给劳动者造成损害的，发包的组织与个人承包经营者承担连带赔偿责任。

所以最好不要将业务承包给个人。
