个人认为不必要。领导人员知道怎么管理下属就可以了,不一定下属会的他都必须会。
HR不能局限于事务管理,更重要的是人的管理。

个人认为没有必要专门搞个笔试,如果需要可以在面试过程中提出一些实际的问题,因为笔试无非就是一些所谓“基础知识”,与实际联系还需要更多的工作经验,所以对待经理不要看其是否会这些事务性操作,关键是看他如何利用规则把实际问题解决得很好,至于事务性工作会有事务性人员去做!回复:招聘人力资源经理,需要笔试吗?

这个要看公司给人力资源经理的定位,是战略型的还是业务型的,这个很重要,不同的定位会采用不同的测评方式!如果定位是业务型的,也就是操作型的,一般在其上面会有人力资源总监,那么对其专业知识的掌握要求非常的高,也就是需要笔试的环节,需要了解对事务性工作处理的能力和知识掌握得程度;
如果定位为战略层的,也就是协助老板完成人力资源规划的,那么对专业知识的掌握程度相对会比较弱一些,对其大局意识的要求会比较高一些,那么笔试环节就没有必要了!

任何职位都可以有笔试。但是要注意笔试的成绩在招聘整体决策中的比例,还有很重要的一点就是笔试题目的设计。就像6楼说的一样,这个经理的定位是什么,就要从什么方面考察。不能指望面面俱到。如果贵公司招的经理需要事务性工作的实操经验,建议以和实际操作结合紧密的题目为主。
比如要考察对医疗期的了解。可以设计一个案例,把需要考察的问题暗含在案例中,让候选人给出解决方案,从候选人的解决方案中就可以看出对方是否在这方面有充分的知识储备和实际操作经验。绝对比一道干巴巴的理论题要好。
