工作沟通从尊重开始

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal align=center><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 工作沟通是从人到人的信息整合、分析、处理、接收、传递、交流等一系列脑力活动的过程,影响沟通效果的因素非常多,主要包括:想不想沟通、能不和沟通,会不会沟通三大层面原因,这涉及沟通愿望、沟通态度、沟通方法、沟通技巧等方面。沟通类培训是培训公司热门的培训课程,具体每个专题都值得专门展开培训。从我的经验来看,很多的沟通问题都可能源自‘不尊重’或‘不够尊重’。<SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>
