请问有人了解coaching吗？

<P>貌似是在香港台湾都非常盛行的一种培训课程。</P>
<P>类似于员工帮助计划，但目标人群是公司高管，培训内容包括心理健康、职业规划等多种内容。</P>
<P>有明白的通报一声，不胜感激。</P>
