效果评估是培训界普遍存在的难题,甚至有些企业也放弃了效果的评估。但是效果评估在培训里是最重要的环节之一。如果效果评估没做好,最终领导层没能看到呈现的效果,长期以往,可能培训项目也被裁撤。培训效果主要从四个层次评估:反应层(课程评估)、知识层(考试)、行为层(行为改善评估)、绩效层(企业绩效)。在实际操作中,许多企业仅仅只能进行到第二个层次(考试),很难继续深入到第三个层面——行为层。效果难以评估的主要原因在于:
第一,培训效果显现时间跨度长,学员由知识的获取到态度的转变、行为的改善需要一个循序渐进的过程,因此培训评估跟踪比较困难;
第二,缺乏有效的工具和操作手段来衡量学员行为的转变以及实际运用程度。

还有一个难题我觉得是谁来培训的问题。现在,培训机构的费用也越来越高了,而且学到的东西结合企业的实际情况不一定能用得上。可是,内部培训师的搭建对于很多企业来讲,不一定是一件容易的事情。现在,大学生之所以难就业,是因为国家的产业结构矛盾,致使劳动力缺乏,而知识型员工却一时之间难以找到用武之地。企业想生存或者获得长期的竞争优势,必须要转变思路朝前看,要加大对人力资源的培养和开发力度,这个转变不是一朝一夕就能完成的。只能一方面通过培训让现有员工转变观念,一方面引进高水平人才来逐步替代,有了可造之才,培训的效果才能凸显出来,大家觉得呢?回复:企业员工培训普遍存在的问题
