补充一些具体的操作细节
在与全体员工讨论的时候,尽量设法保留纸质的证据材料,比如书面名意调查表(全员签名),并且此讨论的建议是可以采纳也可以不采纳的。
与工会讨论确定的,最终需要工会出具一个书面的同意确认函,最好在制度上盖章确认,加盖骑缝章,
公示的话,最佳的办法还是发手册,保留书面的签收单
各个环节下来,保留证据是罪关键的,大意不得
不然做了半天也是无用功啊
