policies and systems, that contribute to the success of the company.
Establish company culture.
2, Serve as strategic partner to management by integrating HR strategies
into organization's overall mission and operational strategy;
Work on special projects (including developing and updating HR policies and
procedures and employee handbook, and revamping several HR processes, etc.)
3, Take charge of recruiting, staff payroll processing and benefits.
4, Employee orientation, development, and training.
5, Company employee and community communication.
Requirements,
Between 35-45
Have related working experiences at a international company or oversea
working experiences.
Expat must have a good understanding about local culture and policy.
Solid human resource management experience in hospitality, consulting and
other related industries;
Similar team building experiences will be preferred;
Good vision, hard working, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure;
Good communication skill;
Proficiency in both English and Chinese;
