Kenny及各位圈子好友,我的一篇实证文章研究的是:员工的组织认同感(identification)对其组织公民行为(OCB)的影响,实证数据采用的是“上司-下属”配对数据,其中:组织认同感由员工本人填答;OCB由该员工的上司填答。外审专家返回了下面一条意见,让我不太理解。; _0 N. {$ K5 t! c) l/ ~
Since identification is the subordinate’s perception whereas OCB is the supervisor’s, would the relation between identification and OCB simply indicate how well they get along (i.e., general supervisor-supervisee interpersonal relationship)? To put it in more technical terms, the different constructs could be confounded by WHERE you get the information.
