Looking for HR Manager-South China
Job Responsibilities:
1、Demonstrate HR values and handle the regional human resources operational and organization development activities in accordance with the company policies and legal requirements.
2、To act as business partner to different business units.
3、Implement HR polices and ensure to align with HR strategies.
4、 Specific activities will include employment, compensation, benefits and employee relations
responsibilities.
5、 Make sure we comply with world-class HR requirement and deliver world-class HR services;
Requirement:
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, minimum 3-5years experience in human resources in foreign company is required.
2、Fluency in both written and oral English skills.
3、Good Understanding of the PRC labor law/policies & local policies.
4、Strong communication and interaction skills, strong team spirits.
5、Experience with government relations and human resources.
