Responsibilities: 1. Overall management of Human Recourse. Creating personnel management organization. 2. Indexing the key areas of performance appraisal 3. Initiating recruitment with HR director 4. Blueprinting the training budget. Drafting and finalizing the training handbooks. Carrying out training according to the budget. 5. Editing HR policies, like recruitment and training regulations. 6. Cultural-building activities planed and implementation. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above. HR, management or English Major. 28 to 35 years old. 2. 5+ years experience in HR or similar position. 3. Be able to use English as working language. Holder of TEM-8 or Advanced Interpretation Certificate preferred. 4. Be familiar with common computer software. 5. Initiative, responsible, stable, and service-oriented.
