Position：On Site Recruitment Specialist Location:SHANGHAI/BEIJING ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES １．Understand client hiring needs and develop detailed needs analysis profile. ２．Coordinate sourcing channel activities . ３．Final candidate qualification prior to submitting to client. Ensure that all candidates go to CSC data entry team ４．Provide support to Project Manager for RPO services within client offices. ５．Identify opportunities for improvements in process, efficiency, quality and cost of recruitment for clients. ６．Managing candidate progress. ７．Improve relationships with direct hiring managers and HR managers QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS １．Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources or related fields. ２．Solid understanding of recruitment project management. ３．Highly client focused with a consultative approach. ４．Confident, well presented, good interpersonal skills with a pro-active approach to finding client solutions. ５．Minimum 3 years recruitment experience, either in internal company recruitment (HR) and/or recruitment consulting experience. ６．Excellent communication skills in English & Chinese (both oral & written). ７．Team player with Friendly personality. 待遇：五险一金，７Ｋ－８Ｋ左右，可面谈． 如有意者欢迎发送简历到hrli2008@126.com.我们会尽快给您回复．[EDIT]用户“hrli2008”于2007-4-11 10:26:07编辑过此帖。[/EDIT]
