C&B Manager-South China/China National Region

To be based in Guangzhou, the C&B Manager will report to National Human Resources Director.

Main responsibilities:

1.As a key member of the Human Resources Team, the C&B Manager will aid the management of compensation and benefits schemes that will reward performance for the head office.  The process involves formulating proposals, evaluating alternatives, then planning and pursuing a communications and implementation process.

2.The Manager will review and formulate human-resources policies and practices, comply with all legal requirements and support company business objectives, conduct research on various HR issues regarding best practices and market trends.

3.He or she will work with HR team; advise management on employee disciplinary actions, performance problems, and other issues to resolve disputes. The Manager needs ensure new labor law compliance, regular updates sites management ensure provide fair & reasonable work environment that complies with new labor laws. The ideal candidate also needs to manage terminations, dismissals and redundancies efficiently and provide advice to the management as to the cost effective path to pursue.

Requirements:
1.Degree holder with minimum five years experience in compensation and benefits management and a thorough grounding in employment legislation.
2.A resourceful, self-motivated approach as a results-driven team player. Good analytical, project-management skills and business acumen are critical.
3.Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
4.Strong competencies in Internet/PC applications (e.g. Excel, Access and Word)
