公司准备聘一外国专家，高薪聘。正在谈相关条款。他提到 if you break the contract before the end of the first year without my agreement you pay my salary until the end of the contract. if for any reason you do not extend for a second year my contract i want an extra 3 months salary bonus. 大概意思是说在第一年年底前没有他的同意公司解除合同必须支付工资到合同的截止期。若有任何原因公司不续签第二年的合同应给他额外3个月工资补贴。 这个要求有点过，请大家帮忙，怎么给予解释回复，合情合理。前提是不能谈崩。老总关注。还得为企业着想。谢谢大家。QQ68800880

第一条、第二条要求都有点过了，劳动法也只是多付一个月工资，如果谈不笼，公司又实在要用他，则需要在合同书详细把公司规章制度、以后可能出现的工作失误问题，工作没出成绩的等各种问题贴上，如违反合同内容解聘，则不付任何违约金。如果公司没有任何原因就解聘则按人家要求去做。个人意见。
