我看了好几遍，才终于弄明白这贴说的是什么意思，哈哈O(∩_∩)O~
罗老板的公司管理很不规范：无工卡、工资发现金、不签定劳动合同、不购买社会保险、加班不给加班费等等。既然公司发现金那么财务肯定会留底的，不然就太乱套了。不知道工作日志可不可以作为证据呢？我们会把每天都干了什么记录下来，每周例会还会汇报本周工作和下周工作计划。还有就是如果与外单位发生业务往来是不是也可以证明自己是公司的员工呢？
