LAMICAN 2011 Training needs survey report Summary: In order to complete 2011 training work ,Management Dept. executed 2011 training needs survey .This investigation and plans to sampling, including management 20 copies, middle 30 copies, grass-roots 50 pieces. We actually recycled 90 questionnaires, the management of 21, the middle of 26 copies and grass-roots 43 copies. The questionnaire response rate is 90%. According to the questionnaire statistical result, Management Dept. will comprehensive formulate 2011 training plan and training work principles guiding policy 1. Intensify training of strength and investment We suggest increasing strength and investment of training, installing special training rooms, equipped with multimedia teaching instrument (Notebook computer, projectors, electronic pen etc),We will Intensify the training work of publicity and make each section from the ultimate consciousness importance to training work. 2. Establishing internal trainers system Through the survey found that people are willing to accept internal outstanding employees of the lectures, and by the training mode is the most cost-effective kind. So to increase internal talent resource development, especially the establishment of internal trainer team is very necessary. 3. Gradually establish and perfect the course system In internal trainers system established on the basis of internal trainer development, encourage their own unique and meet the standard of course, make excellent employees experience can better propaganda and play,. 4. Graining supervision and examination mechanism consummation In these three principles guiding policy implementation basis, perfect training work of examination and supervision mechanism, let the training work can get the company leadership and employee recognition and use "PDCA" -- management tool, make training work can virtuous circle.
