Job Description
Department: Human Resources Dept
Position Title: Staffing Manager
Location: Beijing
Reporting to:HRD
Supervision headcount: None to a team
Position Specification:
1 Lead a team to provide professional recruitment services to business
2 Manage the hiring process from end to end.
3 Manage the recruitment channel and cost.
Basic Accountabilities:
1 Recruitment operation,
§ Coordinate with business hiring manager and BUHR on middle to senior level hiring request collection
§ Selection and interview for professional level hiring
§ Report hiring status of Service business and Zone operation business
§ Provide consultant to the team on daily operation
2 Hiring Channel Management
§ Search firm – Identify the right firm for specific hiring position
§ Web – Make sure all hiring request of business posted timely
§ Internal Referral – Promote the internal referral program; Manage each case basing on internal referral process; Update the channel management of success case
§ Internal Hiring – Provide assessment and consultant to internal candidate to help them find good match opportunity internally; update hiring report.
§ Campus Recruitment – Support campus recruitment activities conducted in campus; lead team to support business on searching campus candidate, offering and on boarding process.
§ Job Fair – Select and participate base on the hiring needs.
3 Project management & team management
§ Champion or support staffing project
§ Coach and lead team to 100% deliver the professional services to customer
Key Measurements:
1. Hiring lead time
2. Retention rate within probation
3. Hiring cost
4. Customer feedback
Principle Working Relations:
1. All departments’ hiring mgrs/supervisors in different business units
2. Search firm, recruitment web vendor
Qualification Requirement:
1. Education: College graduate or above
2. Experience: At least 4 years experience of professional recruitment in well-disciplined company, plus 1-2 years leader or supervisor experience
3. Computer: Microsoft Office
4. Language: Fluency in both reading and writing English
5. Others: Team work, Result driven, Good interpersonal skill
