Recruiting Manager (location: Shanghai)
职位描述:
- Establishes strategic recruiting plans and delivery services to increase recruitment effectiveness-employee fit, contribution, retention-and reduce recruiting costs
- Responsible for the full life cycle of experienced hire recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, signing offer and on-boarding.
- Develops and implements an internal job posting and referral process
- Develops and implements an external cooperation (with headhunter) process
- Maintains an up-to-date recruitment database and standardized job descriptions for all positions.
- Ensure deployment of best practices in recruiting with a cost efficient and timely manner, interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in IT or HR related;
- 3-5 years working experience in recruitment in multinational company of IT industry; rich experience in evaluating candidates is a plus;
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex operating environment;
- Strong communication skills, able to influence others;
- Excellent in spoken and written English;
- Motivated, results-driven personality, team player. |
