这个案例当中，有两个点是要关注的： 1.2015年12月25日合同到期，公司不想续签；  2.2015年12月8日，员工扭伤脚；
显然，要解决以上的问题，我们只需要一个一个问题解决就好了。
1、2015年12月8日员工因工扭伤了脚，应该去医院进行治疗同时进行工伤鉴定，看其属于哪种级别。同时医院出具休假证明；
2 s9 ^) n) }& o1 {, l2、第一次休假期满后，如果员工继续请假，则必须出具医院证明（同时公司可以指定员工到哪个医院，有条件的情况下，可以由人资陪同）
