Harmonize contracts according to Chinese labor law and the companies’ interest
Monitor Chinese labor law and related regulations
Preparation and follow-up of legal cases (lawsuits) related to labor contracts incl. preparation of related documentation
Draft and publish all kinds of staff related regulations, guidelines and Announcements for the company
Recruitment
Collection and selection of resumes
Arrange staff interviews
Support new staff to complete the entrance procedure (the procedure of CIIC / FESCO, and the procedure within SDT)
Training
Arrange the training for selected staff
Conclude training agreements with selected staff
Administrational Execution of the Training
Personel Management
Manage the attendance record and punch card record
Record all kinds of leave
Cordinate with CIIC and FESCO (including check the payment, pay the service fee every month, help the staff get all kinds of certification, help the staff claim the medical expenses from CIIC / FESCO)
Assist the employee to apply for all kinds of the certifications
Apply the Beijing Hukou or Green Card for the staff
Report to the State Bureau monthly, quarterly and yearly according to legal requirements
Other supportive work
Requirement
