优秀公司挑选优秀人才,难。因为要在鱼龙混杂的应聘者中选出优秀的人。但是只要公司的薪资有挑战性,对人员的吸引力还是足够大,应聘资源还是不用愁得。这种情况下,可以用一些招聘手段来筛选比如评价中心、无领导小组讨论、角色扮演之类的,这样的成功率在70%左右。(还取决于招聘人员的素质)但是一般公司,尤其是那些薪资水准低于同行的市场标准、福利之类又没有什么吸引力公司的话,连应聘者也很少很拉的来,即使有一些应聘者,也是没有什么特点、价值不大的,这种情况下要挑出合适的人来,就更难了。目前来看,只有通过运气碰着一两个被低估的明日之星拿来自己培养了。不过以我的从业经验来看,这种价值不大的人,通常也是职业定位不准,稳定性、学习能力差的人。面对这种情况的招聘,确实是一个非常头疼的问题。
