* Coordinate & establish Training & Development system for staff.
* Conduct annual training needs analysis, develop and implement training plans through internal and external solutions and resources.
* Work closely with external training vendor & India peers to develop and introduce suitable training course
* Coordinate with departments to design competency model to cater for advancement grades for promoters.
* Institutionalize promoter training with program, training manual, tools & assessment.

Requirement:
* 3+ years experiences in training.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
* Experience in software or IT industry will be a big plus.
* Fluent English, spoken and written.


[B]人力资源主管:[/B]
Job Description:
Coordinates HR requirements by providing assistance and supports to HR Head & functional in the following HR areas:
* Best Employer & Great Place to Work Program assistance.   
* Legislative compliance.   
* Government and community relations.   
* Implementation, communication/administration of Appraisal System.   
* Assist on compensation & benefits issues.   
* Assist on HR various activities.

Requirement:
* Gentle, polite, patient, and detail-oriented.
* Action-oriented, efficient in execution. Able to work under pressure and plan multiple tasks well.
* Understand the modules of human resource management, especailly in C&B preferred; familiar with related laws and governmental procedures.
* At least 2+ experiences in the field is a must.
* Good English communication skills.

Job Description:
* Explore new channels of experienced talent pool.
* Build up network with good potentials and related database.
* Screening and search for the potential candidates.
* Summarize and provide necessary reports.

Requirement:
* Bachelor degree, majored in HR perfectly.
