其实有一个很重要的前提是高层对于人力资源部的定位,如果是战略的位置,其他只是操作的事情;如果是行政的位置,需要一个个优秀的案例去慢慢施加影响力,逐渐实现战略转型,否则一身的功夫则会苦于没有伯乐了。judy :)
