<P>因为这个事不是什么大事,也没有那么严重,所以就将就。但是假如说涉及公司的大事,绝不可以这样做。</P>

政治很强大,一个小小的职员,还是从了吧
不过,事后可以从其他途径解决。比如说,招不到人,好好分析下原因,找到突破口,下次打分的时候就不必让自己窝心难受啦。
我现在是明白了,低下头放下姿态并不代表我认输,没有最后的结局。。。

有同感,打工者只能按领导的意思办,领导说要KPI,你就得做出来,领导说不需要了,你也只能白忙一场

<P>一点小建议:<BR>1. 从沟通过程来看,人事主管A没有出现,但是A却和B一起制定了绩效考核制度,而且,估计A也是B的直接主管吧,建议B征求一下A的意见</P>
<P>2. HR既然是本次考核的组织者,那么HR自身的考核,应该由其他的部门来完成(比如总经理),不然既是裁判又是运动员,有失公允,这件事情,其实最初就应该考虑到<BR>3. B通过这件事情,也应该学会总结,该公司的人事经理既然对绩效考核的理解是这样,那么今后工作开展也应该有所修正,毕竟,这个公司不是你开的</P>

中国是个人情大国  我们要学会变通 妥协  并不是一味的冲刺 踏破那个框框  绩效在中国的路 还很漫长

改吧,正如上面有人说的,等你有力量的时候再去推行你的绩效模式,跟领导较劲只会使你以后的工作更难展开。好好总结工作,多和自己的上级沟通。
