当然,不同行业和经营方式的公司,关注的重点不同,所以在薪酬调整上也会各有侧重.对于那些对人依赖度高的产业,更应该考虑如何激励和留任有经验的老员工,并一定程度上能吸引新人;如果对于一些对人的依赖度小的行业,员工培养投入不大,则不必拘泥于新老员工,可以以高绩效为主要导向.所以具体情况还要具体分析呀.千万不要好心办坏事.作者: echinajob 时间: 2013-5-24 17:21

调整薪酬不可能让每个人满意,也不可能绝对公平合理。
