文中说的很多内容固然不错,但本人并不欣赏文章作者的陈述方式。
我想,一位真正优秀的HR,是很能理解在实操中的HR工作与书本上的不同之处,而且能巧妙的将所学的知识与实际的工作需要、工作内容有效结合起来。
每个企业的战略规划、企业文化、管理模式与对HR工作的重视程度不同,自然会有不同的人力资源管理方式与效果。

所谓的人才管理 我国早在春秋战国时代就已经提出了相关的论据 在秦之后的每朝每代都有相关的执行 写这文的哥们看言辞就知底蕴明显不足 与老板称兄道弟 当我们看贴的都二啊 不知何所云

人力资源本身针对的就是“人”,人是有感情和思维的,所以管理人就是最难的,而人力资源的深度也就是无限大的!努力一直在继续!

万丈高楼平地起,每个HR都是从没有经验到有经验的,
但不一定每个HR都会有质的飞跃,很佩服楼主所转帖HR的现在的位置!
如果我有那么一天的话,我会包容那些经验尚浅,但有些骄傲的HR,给他们更多理性的建议与意见,平静地对待某些HR的浮躁!

牛逼看来真的是吹出来的。自认为能力一般,正在努力学习,不过如果做人力资源做到如此牛逼却又如此不会做人,我还是不要做人力资源的好。
