深有同感呀，问题是现在许多企业不在乎老员工的流动，他们认为企业离了谁都会运转，再招聘新的有经验的人来就可以了。而且现在很多企业存在外来的和尚会念经的观念，看不到自己员工的能力，一味的认为从外面新招的人才是人才。

还没到老员工的“资格”呢，我觉得一个人能在一家企业里呆到5年以上，说明他在这个企业还是自认有价值的，当然了，不同的岗位感受可能不同。如果不想在这家企业呆下去，我想肯定会想到“挪个位置”吧？至少目前我是这样想的——人挪活，树挪死。
