第一位属于任务型的,对我非常信任,只要按老板的心愿完成任务就一切OK了,其他时间做自己想做事情也可以,比如偶尔看个电影什么的,呵呵,很幸福!第二位属于细节管理型,凡事都要想得非常细致,而且有很多的管理手段跟方式,同时对我的要求也非常高,虽然挨过不少训,但也学习了很多东西!呵呵,也是另外一种幸福吧!无论哪一种老板,都要适度地调整自己与其搭配,并从他身上学习可取之处。 最怕你为他装傻,他把你当成真傻的老板。 记忆犹新

第三任老板是一个脾气暴躁,从不相信任何人,工作狂,对人力资源要求高,但舍不得在员工身上投入,人力资源的认识肤浅。
