我们因为没有量化,后来在操作过程中遇到特别多的问题,所以提醒你下,一定要注意。

考核的指标在附件表中,我认为考核的第一原则就是:你要求被考核人做什么,你就要考核他什么。所以,我才在绩效考核表中设置了相应的考核项目。但总觉得又和什么关键指标不超过3个、4个冲突,所以才拿出来和各位讨论一下。谢谢

我也认为考核是关键问题,指标都是泛泛的内容,谁已做最终的考核及评分是重要的。行政工作有时是摸不着看不见的,行政上级主管不可能总盯着文员干什么啊。

太简单了吧。。。。。。。。。这样的绩效考核就等于加工资或者说是一种福利。这个月不努力也可以领到几十元钱,下个月努力一点点就可以再多赚一点钱。。。。。。。。呵呵。

考核等级是不是划分的太多了!下面的这种方式参考!

综合评分           96分以上        95.99-80        79.99分以下
考核等级              A+                                   A                       B
绩效工资系数    1.2                                   1        按实际的得分率计算
